SBEL was registered as a Limited Liability Company in the year 2015. Despite the company’s recency , SBEL has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know how and experiences in general building construction, project management and maintenance. Each member of the SBEL team brings with them their collective experiences, resources (financial and otherwise) and skill sets to make your project a success.

The business is driven by our two working directors and team of professionals and skilled workers, who cumulatively have over twenty five (25) years of experience in the building contracting, sanitizing and maintenance industry. The executive and professional team is involved in the project management, supervision and operational aspects of the business. This wealth of knowledge and skills are often passed down to the on site custodians, labourers, masons, welders and electricians with the hope of mentoring and motivating them to strive for excellence and to produce quality workmanship. In addition to this team of highly competent directors, there are a team of professionals working behind the scenes on the finance, administration, procurement and marketing and tendering components of the business.



In order to produce the quality work that we do for our clients, we depend on our employees. In order to ensure that every one is equipped with the right skills, knowledge and attitudes, we hire professionals and mentor apprentices, training them and passing on knowledge and stressing best practices.
